Chicken Curry Recipe

Chicken curry is a popular non-vegetarian recipe. Learn how to make/prepare non veg recipes by following this easy recipe

Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg chicken breasts, leg pieces
• 3 garlic, cloves, crushed
• 1/4 tsp ginger
• 4 medium size onion, chopped finely
• 3 tomato, chopped finely
• 2 tsp olive oil
• 1 tsp salt for taste
• 2 tsp turmeric powder
• 2 cup water
• 1 tsp coriander seeds powder

• 1 tsp tomato/chill sauce
• 2 tsp chicken/meat masala (Everest)
• 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
• 2 green chilly, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp coconut milk
• 3 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
• 1 Egg


Method:
Make pieces of chicken and add 2 spn of salt, 2spn of turmeric, 2spn of tomato sauce, 3 spn of chicken masala,2 spn turmeric powder, 1 egg and Marinade for more then 15 minutes.
Heat oil in pan and fry marinated chicken on both side and keep it aside – Fried chicken is ready
Heat oil in a pan and add chilly and onion, after some time add garlic, cloves and ginger crushed fry till golden brown.
Now add chopped tomato and cook it till tomato gets fried.
Add fried chicken cook it for some time add 2 spn chicken masala and 1 spn coriander seed powder later add 2 cup of water Cover the pan and let it cook for 15 - 25 mins.
Once gravy is golden brown add salt for taste
Then add coconut milk and coriander leaves cook for 2 mins add coriander leaves for garnishing
Serve with rice.
