Ingredients:


• 1/2 kg chicken breasts, leg pieces, chicken pieces
• 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
• 4 medium size onion, chopped finely
• 3 tomato, chopped finely
• 2 tsp olive oil
• 1 tsp salt for taste
• 2 tsp turmeric powder
• 2 cup water
• 1 tsp coriander seeds powder
• 1 tsp tomato/chill sauce
• 2 tsp chicken/meat masala
• 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
• 2 green chilly, finely chopped
• 3 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves 


Method:


Make pieces of chicken and add 2 spn of salt, 2spn of turmeric, 2spn of tomato sauce, 3 spn of chicken masala,2 spn turmeric powder,1/2 spn of ginger garlic paste and Marinade for more then 30 minutes.


Marinated chicken is ready Heat oil in a pan and add chilly and chopped onion and fry till onion turns golden brown. Now add chopped tomato and cook it till tomato gets fried and crushed. Add Marinated chicken and cook it for some time add 2 spn chicken masala and 1 spn coriander seed powder later add 2 cup of water Cover the pan and let it cook for 25 - 40 mins.


Once gravy is golden brown add salt for taste . Once the chicken gets soft with golden red color add coriander leaves for garnishing.


Now your chicken item is ready you can Serve with rice or chapathi.
