Banjara Chicken

Banjara Chicken is a popular non-vegetarian recipe. Learn how to make/prepare chicken recipe by following this easy recipe


Ingredients:
• 2 to 4 chicken leg pieces           
• 2 spn ginger garlic paste
• Onion paste
• 3 tsp Olive oil
• 2 tsp salt for taste
• 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
• 1 or 2 Egg white
• 2 tbsp Chicken 65 powder
• 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves


Method:
Take a bowl and add 2 spn Chicken 65 powder, 2 spn of salt , 1/2 spn of turmeric, 1 spn of ginger garlic paste, 2 spn of onion paste, 1 egg white and mix it well to form a paste now add chicken leg pieces and Marinade for more then 30 minutes.


Heat olive oil in a pan and add marinated chicken and fry on both side in closed lid for 15 - 20 min, later add 1 spn of oil if needed and fry the chicken on both the side in open lid.


Once the chicken looks loosely boned with golden red color add coriander leaves for garnishing
